I'm in the new house! No pictures to post yet. The cameras usb cable is burried in some box between the charlie brown xmas tree, outdated design books, and a deflated basketball.

Timing is everything. Here's a story to prove it...

I got wicked lucky today when I was unpacking stuff. I had to run across the street to get something out of my car and I noticed that people were moving things into a uhaul at Lather Salon (they're closing their doors after 4 years in the hair business). The guy came out and asked me if I wanted any furniture but I figured all they had were salon chairs or a pedicure chair or two so I casually declined his offer. I walked back in the house and about an hour later looked out the window and saw AUDRA coming up my walkway! I was so excited that I ran out and met her in the street practically! She told me those guys moving stuff had pretty cool furniture that they were GIVING away! GIVING away!!!!!! Of course I had to go over there to make sure I didn't pass up what I thought would be a 'too good to be true' offer. I made out really well. I walked out of there with 3 cute IKEA bar stools and a large and in charge vertical mirror estimated at $250. Total cost to me: zero dollars!
