Soup and a Sandwich

Have you ever had a super simple meal that was out of this world? Amy had me over on Saturday and whipped up a quick lunch for Jeff and I. A bowl of creamy tomato soup and bacon grilled cheese was in store for us. It must have been a cross between the cold weather, my hunger factor, and the fact that I was overly excited to see Amy— I devoured this meal. The soup was the perfect temperature. The grilled cheese was melted perfectly and the bacon added just the right amount of saltiness. Amazing! Thank you Ames. I had a wonderful time visiting. You can make me lunch anytime. :)
